1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User") and VAIDHARA β Nature's Finest ("VAIDHARA", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered under the laws of India. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and purchasers.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Indian law
- Our products are currently available for delivery within India only
- One account per person; accounts are non-transferable
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
3. Products & Orders
3.1 Product Information
We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images. However, colours may vary due to display settings. Product formulations may be updated in accordance with AYUSH regulations; the current batch label is authoritative.
3.2 Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. VAIDHARA reserves the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only upon dispatch of the goods. You will receive:
- An order confirmation email immediately after payment
- A shipping confirmation with tracking details upon dispatch
3.3 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you within 48 hours and offer a full refund or substitution at your choice.
3.4 Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement via your account dashboard or by contacting support. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled (please initiate a return instead).
4. Pricing & GST
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (βΉ) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise
- Prices are subject to change without notice; however, the price at time of order placement is honoured
- GST is charged at applicable rates as per Indian tax law (typically 12% or 18% for Ayurvedic supplements)
- GST invoices are available for download from your account dashboard

5. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods via Razorpay:
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and all UPI apps)
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
- Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
- Wallets (Paytm, Amazon Pay, Freecharge)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) β available for orders up to βΉ5,000 in select pin codes
- EMI β available on select cards for orders above βΉ2,000
β οΈ Payment Security: Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, or card CVV with anyone claiming to be from VAIDHARA. Our team will never ask for this information.
In case of payment failure, the amount will be refunded to the source account within 5β7 business days. Contact your bank if it takes longer.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Delivery Timelines
- Standard Delivery: 4β6 business days
- Express Delivery: 2β3 business days (charges apply)
- Overnight Delivery: Next business day by 10 AM (select cities, higher charges)
6.2 Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on all orders above βΉ599. Orders below βΉ599 attract a flat βΉ49 shipping fee.
6.3 Responsibility
Risk of loss and title for purchased items passes to you upon dispatch. VAIDHARA is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, natural disasters, or government restrictions. We will, however, assist with tracking and escalations.
6.4 Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Re-delivery charges may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or absence.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
7.1 Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Product expired at time of delivery
Non-Returnable: Opened consumable products (capsules, oils, powders once unsealed) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective.
7.2 Return Process

- If approved, a reverse pickup is arranged at no charge

7.3 Refund Methods

- VAIDHARA Store Credit β within 24 hours (bonus 5% extra credit offered)
- COD orders: refunded via NEFT to provided bank account within 7 business days
8. Ayurvedic Product Disclaimer

- Consult a qualified Ayurvedic physician or healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, or under 18
- Inform your doctor of all supplements you are taking, especially if on prescription medication
- Discontinue use and seek medical attention if adverse reactions occur
- All VAIDHARA products are licensed under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and manufactured in GMP-certified facilities
- Claims are based on traditional Ayurvedic texts and are not evaluated by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) as medical claims
9. Intellectual Property
All content on vaidhara.in β including the VAIDHARA name, logo, product names, website design, photography, text, and software β is the exclusive property of VAIDHARA β Nature's Finest and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any VAIDHARA content without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing a product page URL) is permitted.
10. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or reviews
- Attempt to manipulate pricing or exploit technical errors
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools on our platform
- Resell VAIDHARA products without prior written authorisation
- Post defamatory, obscene, or infringing content in reviews or support
- Abuse referral or loyalty programmes through fake accounts
Violations may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and legal action as appropriate.
11. Loyalty Points & Referral Programme
11.1 Loyalty Points
- Points are earned at 1 point per βΉ10 spent (post-discount, pre-GST)
- Points can be redeemed at βΉ0.25 per point, up to 20% of order value
- Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity
- Points have no cash value and are non-transferable
11.2 Referral Programme
- Referral rewards are credited after the referred friend completes their first purchase of β₯ βΉ500
- Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will result in forfeiture of rewards and potential account termination
- VAIDHARA reserves the right to modify or discontinue the programme at any time
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VAIDHARA's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
VAIDHARA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
